Se realizó en Pamplona, bajo la dirección del profesor William Vásquez y de la artísta Ana María Bernal; y en Cúcuta, bajo la dirección del profesor Miguel Huertas y la artista Milena Barón, el PRIMER SEMINARIO TALLER del Laboratorio de Investigación – Creación Zona Oriente, con la participación de 16 personas.
